At Sisi Kwa Sisi Regulated NWDT SACCO SOCIETY we have a host of products and services aimed at improving the quality of life of our Members.
Normal loans or Development Loans.
- In keeping with our tradition, we suspend normal loans between November and February every year in order to pay Education Loans.
- Highest loan given to an Individual is Kshs 4,500,000=
- Interest 12 % or 1% per Month
- Guarantors to cover the 2/3 the amount not guaranteed by deposits
- life of members by allowing members to buy Properties
- These are meant to improve the quality of Life.
- Maximum repayment period is 36 Months
Tandika Loans.
- Maximum repayment period 48 Months
- These are meant to improve the quality of life of members by allowing Members to buy properties.
- Guarantors to cover the 2/3 the amount not guaranteed by deposits
- Interest 18 % or 1.5% per Month
Super Tandika Loans.
- Maximum repayment period 60 Months
- These are meant to improve the quality of life of members by allowing Members to buy properties.
- Guarantors to cover the 2/3 the amount not guaranteed by deposits
- Interest 22 % or 1.8% per Month
Na Relax Loans.
- Maximum repayment period 72 Months
- These are meant to empower members by giving them ample time to repay their loan.
- All our interest calculations are done on reducing balance method with a fixed payment mode.
- Interest rate 23% or 1.92% per month.
Emergency Loans.
- Caters for unforeseen circumstances like burial, hospitalization, court fine but shall Not include house Rent dues.
- Maximum Repayment Period is 12 Months
- Interest rate 1.5% per Month or 18 % p a
- Loan form must be attached with supporting documents
Education Loans
- Maximum repayment period is 12 months
- Crossdocking / Transloading
- Interest rate 1.5% per Month. Or 18% Pa
- Loan form must be attached with fee structure
- Education Loans are open throughout the year as long as you do not have
- Outstanding loan (i.e. Education Loan)
- Given to members to enable them educate their children and self.
